Enjoy free delivery on orders over £500. Please note, this offer is for the UK mainland only unless discussed with Strathvac. Excludes certain islands and specific postcodes.

Standard Delivery Rates for the UK

Parcels Under 10kg:

UK Mainland: £10.00 for standard 48-hour delivery.

Extra-Long Parcels (up to 2 meters and under 10kgs): £20.00.

Northern Ireland:

£20.00 for 48-hour delivery of parcels under 10kg.

Republic of Ireland (ROI):

£25.00 for Ireland 4 day delivery of parcels under 10kg.

Islands:

Jersey or Guernsey: £25.00 for 4 day delivery of parcels under 10kg.

Isle of Man: £25.00 for 4 day delivery of parcels under 10kg.

Highlands and Islands of Scotland: £15.00 for 3 day delivery of parcels under 10kg.

International Delivery

We offer delivery to international destinations. Please contact us with your details for a quotation.

For EC and Export Orders: If VAT-registered companies provide details it avoids hold ups in the shipping process through customs. Local VAT may apply.

Orders Outside Europe: Local import taxes may apply; please check with your local customs office.

Next Day Delivery

Available in select areas. 24-hour is possible depending on the time of day booked and the location of the customer (non-rural).

Failed Delivery

After two failed attempts, your parcel will return to Strathvac Ltd. An additional payment will be required to resend.

Extra Surcharges

For orders over 20kg or for international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.

Pallet Delivery

Required for power units and larger orders. Strathvac Ltd uses reliable pallet delivery partners across the UK and ROI.

Pallets require a signature upon arrival and deliveries occur between 9 am and 6 pm.

Please ensure your location can accommodate a 20ft lorry. Notify us of any access restrictions prior to dispatch. Failed delivery due to access issues will incur a fee for rescheduling.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we’ll back order it for you. You will receive an email with the option to cancel if you prefer not to wait.

Returns

You may return stock items (excluding specially ordered items). Contact us to arrange the return, noting that collection charges and restocking fees will apply. Ensure items are well-packaged to avoid damage.
